Just to end the debate on who provides the best health care: I do. Here in my garage in St. Albans, Vermont USA. I got my medical license by printing it myself. I make sure to use non-sterilized surgical equipment (sometimes even rusty surgical equipment). My scalpels are really just dulled butter knives, and my antibiotics consist of dumping bleach and rubbing alcohol in open wounds. Anesthesia consists of a blunt object to the head.
